YELLOW POPPY LINE
In a stretch of red poppies a yellow one stands out
The yellow poppy, a symbol of strength and tenacity, is able to flourish in impervious and rocky terrain, thus becoming an expression of a character as strong as our Prosecco.
On the labels we have thus decided to represent our encounter full of wonder with the yellow poppy, a flower as beautiful as it is bold. A flower that then became our symbol for its peculiarities.
VIAJO
ZERO-DOSAGE PINOT GRIGIO DELLE VENEZIE DOC
Viajo, which in Venetian dialect means ‘journey’, is the first dosage zero Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC: it is the expression of Enotria Tellus’s journey towards a product that is daring and innovative for its characteristics: its savoury and mineral taste is accompanied by delicate fruity and white flower notes on the nose. The imagery enclosed in this precious sparkling wine is evoked right from the label with dreamlike and magical references: a train departing from an explosion of flowers, and a clear reference to the freedom of cycling, in the smell of cut grass. Then there is Ombretta, our little dog who has always accompanied us on our journey. The bottle well translates its contents, evoking the colours of the Veneto countryside, inviting us to immerse ourselves in the bright shades of flowery nature, and bringing our memory back to our origin, in the plains of wine.
BALIKWAS
SPARKLING WHITE WINE
A bottle that wants to invite a change of point of view.
The word Balikwas means to jump suddenly into another situation and feel surprised, to change one’s perspective completely and to understand something one thought one knew, in a different way.
It therefore means jumping over the wall of one’s comfort zone.
Comfort which in the label is represented by red poppies, very beautiful and reassuring but all the same, contrasting beyond the wall with yellow poppies, unique and represented by happy, carefree people.
And our Balikwas, with its fresh and lively taste characterised by a strong lime and smoky note, wants to surprise and introduce our personal version of sparkling white wine.
This wine lends itself very well to aperitifs thanks to its creamy bubbles and easy drinking, and is sublime with cheese pairings.
Its excellent acidity and low sugar content give it a full, savoury and balanced taste.
PIRADOBIS

The name Piradobis comes from the transliteration of the Georgian word პირადობის which means IDENTITY.
he nomenclature is intended as a tribute to the homeland of terracotta winemaking as well as the cradle of world viticulture.
The hand-picked grapes placed into 6-kilogram boxes, undergo a process of over-ripening to concentrate all the substances contained therein.
Subsequently, the destemming-crushing takes place and the crushed grapes are placed in terracotta jars, an insulating and inert material.
It is precisely inside the jars that fermentation takes place with a maceration on the skins for 30 days, and then the subsequent aging, again in terracotta.
For us the jar is not just a container but an ideal concept of seeking a strong bond with the earth, a research that aims to respect the identity of the wine.
ARS ET INGENIUM

ARS: Latin term that identifies practical ability, ability to perform, technique.
INGENIUM: Latin term to describe individual inventiveness as well as the virtue of finding surprising solutions. Combining these two words we have ARS ET INGENIUM: practical and technical skill combined with inventiveness and creativity; but isn’t that exactly what it takes to MAKE a great wine?
On the label, spheres of different sizes are drawn to follow a path, ideally forming a spiral and the figure of a man, with a poppy-shaped head, positioned in the center holding the rows of spheres like a puppeteer.
The spheres represent the processing cycles and actions necessary to get to the final product and have different dimensions in relation to time and importance within the production cycle.
The spiral is the famous Golden Spiral.
To get to the concept of golden spiral we started from the well-known Fibonacci sequence: a linear and homogeneous recursive sequence in which each term is therefore the sum of the two terms that precede it: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21 , 34, 55, 89, 144… the ratio between a number of the Fibonacci sequence and its previous one is, at the limit (for n which tends to infinity) equal to φ≈ 1.618… called golden number.
But what connects all these elements? The man-poppy.
He symbolizes the figure of the producer and of all the people who are ‘behind’ that wine.
He pulls the strings of actions (the spheres) necessary to arrive at the final product and does so following a certain orderly, chronological and increasing sequence, like the Fibonacci sequence.
